Previously a Support and Training Consultant for Spektrix, Jack offered bespoke arts consultation on a range of topics, including fundraising, digital marketing, audience development and improving access, both online and in venue. They worked on projects with ArtsAdmin, Wilton's Music Hall, Soho Theatre and Lyric Hammersmith, as well as presenting to numerous clients at Spektrix Conferences.

Since then, Jack has focused on consultancy around access in theatre and arts venues for D/deaf and disabled audiences, as well as LGBTQ+ inclusion. Their most recent work includes creating a trans inclusion rider and social media 'cheat sheet' that was distributed to and used by front of house and marketing teams at Bristol Old Vic, Midlands Arts Centre, The Lowry, Plymouth Theatre Royal, Alphabetti and Theatre503 as part of Cardboard Citizens' Faun, which they produced.

They have also spoken to young people in schools about LGBTQ+ inclusion and their own experiences as a queer, trans person.
